Centenary Exhibition:  Residents' Launch Event this Saturday, 26th August

A reminder that a launch event for the exhibition of historic images to celebrate the centenary of the Memorial Hall will be open exclusively to residents/LLRA Members and accompanied guests this coming Saturday (26th) from 5-7pm.

Thanks to the interest, generosity and support of many residents, the exhibition will feature some images which have not been seen in public before and which provide a remarkable insight into the villages and their development over the 100 years since the Hall was built.  

Anyone who has any historic items of interest relating to the village is invited to bring them along for the evening.  We are especially keen to hear from anyone with historic pictures or photographs of buildings in Lincombe.

A bar will be available for the launch event.

The exhibition itself runs next Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday from 12 - 4pm.  It is open to the public during these hours and is free of charge (donations to the Memorial Hall welcome) with teas, coffees and licensed bar available.
