Lee Bay Hotel site NEWS
Lee and Lincombe, Residents' Association, will be liaising with the Acorn Blue site development team for the duration of the hotel site project. The intention is to minimise the disruption to village life that this major scheme will inevitably bring and give a voice to those who will continue to live in this lovely village long after the completion of this project.
These web pages will evolve, but to begin with, the aim is to provide information on project progress and immediate plans.

At the end of February 2024 LLRA committee members met with David Purchase of Acorn Blue and Dean Emburey of We Are Ease Ltd. The objective was to get to know each other better and cover various issues from traffic management to sales and marketing. The minutes of the meeting follow:
