Lee Conservation Area Character Appraisal

North Devon Council, i.e. the district council, has prepared a draft report entitled ‘Lee Conservation Area Character Appraisal’ for consultation. As far as I know, the consultation has not yet been advertised but the report is available on the NDC website. Sections 9.4 to 9.10 of the report refer to the Lee Bay Hotel site. The report is difficult to locate and a copy is therefore being made available (below) on the LLRA website.
